Bespoke storage Ottoman footstool upholstered in your own fabric or one sourced by us on your behalf (seen here in Customer’s Mulberry Home Rustic stripe fabric . Choose from a variety of piping colours or self piped and elegant turned beech or oak legs stained in various shades.

Our furniture is hand crafted in our studio in London, England.

Medium: W60 x L100 x H42 (2.5m fabric approx)

Large: W85 x L125 x H42 (3m fabric approx)

We offer most bespoke sizes if the standard measurements don’t work for your interior - please send us a direct message and will respond with a quote within 48h. Our turned legs which we treat with a naturally warm bees wax are handmade in Edinburgh by a traditional wood turner and we can have the legs painted in any colour for an additional charge.

Add your turned wooden leg number, piping preference and your contact phone number for the shipping carrier to the personalisation box and we will respond with the studio address to send your fabric.

We ship worldwide but we ask that you contact us prior to placing an order with your postcode for an accurate shipping quote.

Lead times are an estimate and we reserve the right to extend by one week in case of fabric delays and increased demand.

Our prices include UK sales tax.

Made to order items in premium fabrics cannot be returned or refunded unless there are genuine proven defects. We order the fabric and materials to make the piece just for you, in your personal colours and style and therefore once production begins the sale is final. We hold off production for 24h to allow you to cancel if you’ve ordered by mistake or changed your mind after which refunds and exchanges are not possible.

If you are an international customer, please note that the shipping amount shown at checkout is often a generic estimate provided by Etsy and does not reflect the actual cost of shipping larger items to your specific location.

We ask international customers to contact us before purchasing for an accurate shipping quotation. If this was not done and you ordered a size larger than the smallest option or ordered in multiples, additional shipping charges are most likely payable. Please contact us for a quote within 24 hours to ensure you're comfortable with the additional cost as once we begin production we cannot cancel your order.

Please note that any additional shipping costs must be paid before your order can be dispatched and you will be sent an Etsy payment link. As all of our upholstered items and carimate chairs are bespoke and made to order (carimates are refurbished and painted in the customer's chosen colours), orders cannot be cancelled or refunded on the basis that final shipping costs are higher than expected or exceed the amount collected by Etsy at checkout.

International orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means that any import duties, customs charges, VAT, brokerage fees or other taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the purchase price or shipping quote unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

For international shipments, we act as the exporter and the purchaser acts as the importer. We are happy to assist with any customs queries relating to the goods themselves, including materials, timber species and product information, but the purchaser remains responsible for import clearance and payment of any local charges.

To avoid delays, please ensure we have a valid recipient telephone number and email address, as international carriers require these details before the shipment can be booked. Any shipping delays due to incomplete information will not be considered as a reason for compensation.
