NB: Our furniture is hand crafted in our workshop in London, England using traditional upholstery and joinery methods.

We offer any bespoke size if the standard measurements don’t work for your interior - please send us a direct message and will respond with a quote within 48h. Our turned legs which we treat with a naturally warm bees wax are handmade in Edinburgh by a traditional wood turner and we can have the legs painted in any colour for an additional charge.

Lead times are an estimate and we reserve the right to extend by one week in case of fabric delays and increased demand.

Made to order items in premium fabrics cannot be returned or refunded unless there are genuine proven defects. We order the fabric and materials to make the piece just for you, in your personal colours and style and therefore once production begins the sale is final. We hold off production for 24h to allow you to cancel if you’ve ordered by mistake or changed your mind after which refunds and exchanges are not possible.

We ship worldwide and will be happy to quote you for shipping to your postcode. Some sellers work import tariff charges and customs fees into their pricing or shipping estimates but as a small boutique business we do not have the capacity to do this due to too many variables and the ever changing tariff system in the USA. Please contact your local tax authorities for an estimate of these charges which will be payable by you when you receive your item. All items are shipped with full insurance and should your item be lost or damaged in transit, a full refund will be issued after 28 days when the compensation is released to us. Refunds cannot be offered for unclaimed items left in customs due to duty not being paid.

*** We are still shipping to the USA but due to the new tariff changes, a number of shipments are experiences delays and customs hold-ups. We advise you add one week to the shipping estimate in case this happens. We will always assist in any way we can to help speed things up.
Bespoke made-to-order furniture pieces and curtains are non refundable unless confirmed lost in transit or damaged. This is due to the cost of materials and premium fabrics and the time taken making them for you. I order the fabric and materials 48 hours after the order is placed to allow time for you to change your mind or fabric choice etc.
