A pair of early 2 step Herbert Terry Anglepoise lamp (model 1227) c1938.
This rare, collectible scrumble lamp features marbled paint and is a stand out piece with an edgy industrial feel. The original paint is left as was, completely untouched and in found condition and the lamps are in full working order.
A striking pair of non identical lamps with a beautifully aged patina. Popular with collectors and a classic piece that holds its value.
Lamp 1 is a more beige colour and has its original cable but can be rewired at an additional cost. It is in working order as is, with two small areas of electrical tape. The paint marbling is in excellent condition.
Lamp 2 has been rewired and is in full working order. A more greeny beige shade and beautiful patina with some paint scratched off on the base.
Although not entirely identical they work fabulously as a pair.
